A: Orders placed by European customers are typically shipped within 24 hours.
Most EU shipments are sent with UPS. Orders to Switzerland and certain parts of Norway are shipped via PostNord.
📦 Orders under 1 kg are shipped as untracked letters via PostNord.
Delivery times within the EU are usually 1–5 business days.
🚚 Free shipping on orders over €49 within Europe.
Please note: If a specific product or flavor you ordered is temporarily out of stock, processing may take a few extra days. If the item is no longer available or cannot be restocked from the supplier, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal value.
Some countries are excluded from the "Free shipping on orders over €49 within Europe" as the shipping to those countries are too expensive.

A: Yes. All products are sourced from approved manufacturers and distributors in Sweden and Europe. We only sell authentic, brand-original products.

A: Yes, we do. We work with multiple wholesale customers around the world who purchase in bulk on a regular basis.

Q: How are the products packaged for shipping?
A: All orders are securely packed for international shipping to ensure products arrive in good condition. Bulk and pallet orders are packed with extra care to minimize movement and damage during transit.
Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or fees when I order from you?
A: This depends on where you’re located and the size of your order.

Orders shipped within the EU are generally not subject to customs duties, as they are shipped from Sweden. -
United States:
Customs duties or tariff fees may apply to orders over 2 kg, due to updated de minimis regulations implemented by the U.S. government. Orders under 2 kg are typically cleared without additional fees. Any duties applied to larger orders are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the buyer. -
