Due to the nature of our products (food items), we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds

- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will provide a resolution.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders not reported within the specified timeframe
- Change of mind after purchase
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
